OJ Air Cloud® for AHU and ventilation control

OJ Air Cloud® is a system developed especially for OJ Electronic’s HVAC controllers. The users, which can include facility managers, service partners and AHU manufacturers, can all invite each other to be part of OJ Air Cloud®, and as you would expect, the cloud-based system provides a total overview of all the systems connected to the cloud and their current status. This enables rapid identification and
diagnostics of any problems – allowing you and your partners to arrive at the right solution quickly.

Effective planning

On PCs, OJ Air Cloud® gives access to the feature known as ‘Map view’. Map view gives users a visual overview of the actual physical locations of the AHU systems connected to the cloud, enabling them to plan their travel time with maximum efficiency when scheduling service visits.

With OJ Air Cloud®, everyone is on the same page. This means that facility managers and service partners minimise the risk of misunderstandings in their co-operation.

Be prepared

Having advance access to details about problem sites via OJ Air Cloud® means that service partners can check everything they need to know beforehand – and arrive at the site fully prepared with the right components and spare parts ready in the van.

Check your system in real time

OJ Air Cloud® lets you access plenty of information in easy-to-view, real-time formats – via PC (Windows, MAC), tablet (Android, iOS) and smartphones (Android, iOS). Here’s a rundown of the features currently available.

Dashboard view

The ‘dashboard view’ function can be used on all devices. Here users can monitor AHU systems and their operation via a chart overview that shows any current A and B alarms, devices and logs of user actions.

Map view

On PCs, OJ Air Cloud® gives access to ‘Map view’: a visual overview of the actual physical locations of the AHU systems connected to the cloud. This allows you to plan service visits and travel times with maximum efficiency.

Devices

Get an overview of all the AHUs connected to your OJ Air Cloud® account – either from the dashboard view or map view. If you handle several AHU systems, you can get an instant overview of all your systems, regardless of location – and quickly identify any alarm sites. You can also add new AHU systems as required.

Device view

Select a specific system from ‘Devices’ to access ‘Device view’, which gives you access to the following information:

Alarm overview

Get a quick overview of the alarms associated with the selected AHU system. OJ Air Cloud® logs alarms, recording when they arose and on which system.

Config device

Here you can name your AHUs and position them in map view (enter co-ordinates).

Device operation

Here you can change various parameters in the AHU, such as temperature setpoint and time zone.

Scheduler

Here you can plan the AHU’s operation for the next two years – and schedule any holidays or downtime periods where the system should run at reduced capacity or be switched off altogether.

Device users

Shows all the users who can access the chosen AHU system.

Table view

A list of all parameters of the AHU system – such as operation mode, temperature regulation and fan regulation – and their current stats. The exact list will reflect the options connected to the system.

Graph overview

A graphic visualisation of the system’s current temperatures and pressure (supply and extract air).

Monitoring graphic view

Here you will find visual depictions of the readings taken by the various sensors connected to your AHU system. This enables rapid visual identification of any errors: you can instantly see any unusual and unintentional deviations from the usual curves.

User change log

Users can log any changes they make to the system, ensuring that can be seen and remembered by everyone in future.

API

API (application programming interfacing) means that you can access all data directly in the database and develop your own interfaces, showing the information exactly as you wish.

Secured, encrypted connection

All data sent to and from the OJ Air Cloud® system – whether between the AHU controller and the cloud or PCs, smartphones and/or tablets and the cloud – is handled via secure connections. All data is encrypted, and the system utilises the most recent HTTPS/TLS technology. Secure user access is ensured by means of user names, passwords and CAPTCHA.  That is how we ensure that your data remains yours and yours alone.

You might also like to know that the OJ Air Cloud® solution was developed with the latest EU regulations on General Data Protection (GDPR) in mind, meaning that the entire system is entirely compliant with the new rules. For example, this includes the option of fully deleting user data again.

Air2-HMI-35T

OJ-Air2-HMI-35T is a user-friendly control panel for installation within an air handling unit or on the wall in a room. The panel is used together with an OJ-Air2Master.

OJ-Air2-HMI-35T has been developed by interaction designers, resulting in easy and intuitive operation. The menus are logical, easy to navigate and have easily recognisable symbols.

OJ-Air2-HMI-35T is used for the commissioning and everyday operation of the air handling unit and in connection with service. All system values can be seen while the settings are password protected.

Ventilatie systeem voor scholen in beeld

TKI project consortium, TNO, Lucam-air, VFA Solutions: SchoolVent voor een gezonde leeromgeving!

Door TNO is het project Schoolvent opgestart voor de ontwikkeling en de praktijktest van een ventilatiesysteem geschikt voor (renovatie van) scholen en kinderdagverblijven met 80% lagere energiekosten voor koeling en filtering. Smart Sensoring dient in dit systeem te zijn ingebouwd om afwijkingen van een klasse A binnenklimaat te rapporteren.

De toegepaste koel- en filtertechnieken leveren een belangrijke bijdrage aan de reductie van de benodigde koel- en ventilatie energie in gebouwen en maken hiermee energieneutrale of energieleverende gebouwen mogelijk. Naast scholen en kinderdagverblijven wordt voor de langere termijn de grootste markt voorzien bij kantoren.

AHC-3000-T

Simple and scalable

The standard configuration is simple control of two fans and heat recovery with a 0-10V signal. Pre-programmed options and automatic configuration with QuickPlug™ modbus components make it easy to fulfil a clients needs for more advanced fan regulation, filter monitoring or temperature regulation with a 0-10V controlled heating and/or cooling surface.

Free OJ Air Cloud®

When AHC-3000 is connected to the internet the user has free access to central monitoring and optimisation of the operation from a personal OJ Air Cloud® account. Access can be shared with others, e.g. a service partner for quick and effective service.

BasicBMS and remote units

In buildings with decentralised ventilation there are many ventilation systems to service and maybe several in the same room. With BasicBMS 25 rooms can easily be monitored from a common 3.5” panel, and the satellite function automatically coordinates the operation of 14 remote units in every single room.

AHC-3000-HMI-35T

Intuitive touch operation

Want to change the temperature setting? Then simply tap the temperature shown on the screen and enter the new setpoint. It has never been easier, and the entire menu system is designed according to the same principle.

No secrets

All values are visible to everyone, and a complete overview of system operation is provided for users in clear displays. Settings which are only of relevance for installers and service technicians are, however, password protected.

Simple installation

AHC-3000-HMI-35T is connected to the OJ Air AHC 3000 via Quick Plug™ Modbus, eliminating time-consuming installation faults and troubleshooting. The software is automatically updated to the latest AHC-3000 version. You therefore always have the right version in stock, because there is only one.

TNO, Lucam en VFA ontwikkelen nieuw ventilatie systeem voor scholen.

TNO, Lucam en VFA solutions ontwikkelen samen een ventilatie systeem voor scholen. Uit de laatste onderzoeken van TNO blijkt dat de nieuwe en gerenoveerde scholen, voorzien van isolatie, een warmte ophoping hebben in de zomer. Ook bleek uit het onderzoek dat de monitoring van de ventilatie ontbrak. Daarnaast is fijnstof in schoolgebouwen een probleem waar extra aandacht aan moet worden gegeven.

Als team is er een TKI project gestart. De oplossing voor de problemen, CO₂, temperatuur overschrijdingen, fijnstof en monitoring zijn gevonden ontwikkeld of gemaakt. Een praktijk test moet e.e.a. uitwijzen. Het Jordan college in Zeist was direct bereid om mee te werken. De test opstelling is in afronding. Het komende jaar zal het systeem volop draaien en data verzamelen. We houden u op de hoogte! Emmeloord 6-11-2019.

HCP E en HRW E, ventilatie units tegen gunstige prijs

Lucam introduceert de nieuwe lijn ventilatie units, gunstig geprijsd, snel te leveren. De HCP E, met tegenstroom wisselaar. De HRW met warmtewiel.

De HCP E en HRW E zijn modulair uit te breiden met opties als verwarmer, koeler, change over, warmtepomp en geluiddempers. Met deze nieuwe lijn introduceren we ook de nieuwe regeling van OJ Electronics. De nieuwe regelaar de AHC 3000 is moderne regelaar standaard voorzien van cloud koppeling.
