TKI project consortium, TNO, Lucam-air, VFA Solutions: SchoolVent for a healthy learning environment!
TNO has started the Schoolvent project for the development and practical test of a ventilation system suitable for (renovation of) schools and daycare centers with 80% lower energy costs for cooling and filtering. Smart Sensoring must be built into this system to report deviations from a class A indoor climate.
The applied cooling and filtering techniques make an important contribution to the reduction of the required cooling and ventilation energy in buildings and thus make energy-neutral or energy-supplying buildings possible. In addition to schools and daycare centers, the largest market is foreseen for offices in the longer term.
